Saying that they did just price match a pair of tyres for my Audi which saved me time and money travelling to Swindon. Keep up the good work!!

I was browsing for a replacement car on a Sunday afternoon when a 2014 Seat caught my eye. I clicked to read the specification and whilst doing so was invited to join an on-line chat if I had any questions. The chat was with Simpsons car salesman, who with it being Sunday was not at work but was able to answer the questions I had. I booked a test drive for the following day where I checked over the car and was given a detailed history of the car. I have now bought the car, a really easy transaction with trade in of my vehicle. The salesman arranged 12 months tax, 12 months MOT and a full service. Would I buy a used car from this dealer again....absolutely yes.

Very happy with my car and the service we were given at this garage. The salesperson was very professional but not pushy in any way. He also negotiated a good deal for us as part exchange and again without being pushy. This garage had been recommended by a friend when she bought a car from them so I was pleased to have used them as well .

I recently bought a used car (1 year old) from this dealer which was advertised on Autotrader. I live 2 hours away from the dealership so wasn't able to show them my car that I needed to part exchange. I wasn't concerned too much about test driving the car as I'd had one on loan before. Unlike some places I'd spoken to in the past Simpsons were very happy to deal with me over the phone and on the basis my description of my car was correct offered me a really good deal. Well worth the journey to do the deal. Staff at Oxford also offered to meet me half way to help me out. The car I bought was actually better than described when I saw it with extra that hadn't been listed on the advert. The price I got for my car was well above what I had been offered elsewhere. On the day the transfer of cars the admin was well explained and sorted by Simpsons. Overall I am extremely happy to have found the car and the service I received from Simpsons.
